Cabool Music Boosters, Inc., is a volunteer-led nonprofit serving students in grades K–12 throughout the Cabool R-IV School District. We work alongside families, educators, and community members to strengthen opportunities in band, choir, drama, color guard, musical theater, and other performing arts programs. Through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and community partnerships, we help provide the resources and experiences students need to learn, perform, create, and grow.

Who can join the Cabool Music Boosters?

Membership is open to adults age 18 and older who are not currently enrolled as students in a Cabool School District performing arts program. We welcome parents, guardians, grandparents, alumni, school staff, local business owners, and other community members who care about youth performing arts.

Which school programs do you support?

We support performing arts programs for students in grades K–12 throughout the Cabool School District, including marching band, concert band, choir, color guard, drama, musical theater, and other student performance activities.

How are booster funds utilized?

Funds help cover instrument maintenance and replacement, performance equipment and materials, music and licensing costs, competition and travel expenses, meals, entry fees, costumes and apparel, student recognition, and other program needs.

How can I volunteer if I have limited time?

There are ways to get involved with almost any schedule—from working a concession shift or helping with meals and events to donating supplies, assisting with sets, or volunteering for other CMB activities.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Not at this time. Cabool Music Boosters, Inc. is a registered Missouri nonprofit corporation, but we are not currently recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.

When and where do boosters meet?

We hold regular CMB meetings throughout the school year. Check our Events & Fundraisers page or email us for current meeting dates and locations.
